I am a marketing strategist, writer, yoga and meditation teacher, and shamanic healing practitioner. More than any title, I am someone who believes in the quiet power of clarity, compassion, and presence.
I’ve worked at the intersection of creativity and communication, helping organizations and individuals express who they are and what they stand for. Whether I’m building a content strategy, crafting a piece of writing, teaching Yin yoga, or guiding someone through energetic healing, my intention is the same: to help people experience more understanding, more connection, and more ease.
My Path
My path weaves together marketing, creative direction, and wellness education, giving me a grounded, holistic perspective on communication.
Along the way, I discovered that the best, most meaningful work begins with presence.
That insight led me deeper into yoga, meditation, breathwork, and eventually shamanic healing. These practices taught me to listen, lead, and create differently.
Today, my work is a blend of:
- Strategic clarity for brands
- Creative storytelling through words
- Somatic wisdom through yoga and meditation
- Energetic realignment through shamanic healing
- Human connection at every level
This integration allows me to support clients and communities in a way that’s grounded, intuitive, and deeply human.

I am a lifelong learner, a lover of meaningful conversations, a believer in small moments of magic, and someone who finds inspiration everywhere: in nature, in travel, in quiet mornings, in the ordinary beauty of everyday life.
Writing is my anchor.
Teaching is my joy.
Helping people reconnect with themselves is my purpose.
